Shipping policy
Road Game Athletic Company products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent into production before being shipped.
Processing & Production
Most orders require production time before shipment. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment location.
Shipping
Shipping rates and available shipping methods are displayed at checkout.
We currently offer FREE U.S. SHIPPING on orders of $75 or more.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking status.
Multiple Shipments
Because our products may be produced by different fulfillment facilities, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page and include your order number and photos when applicable.
For packages marked delivered but not received, please first check the delivery location and contact the carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will help determine the appropriate next steps.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. International delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
